One of the benefits of re-treading your rubber tracks is quite simply that it saves you up to 50% of the cost of new tracks. To re-tread tracks properly, the entire outer layer of rubber needs to be removed so that the tracks can be checked over for problems/weaknesses that could compromise lifespan or durability. Toreplace the tread, new casing is mounled into the original structure and finished over a gradual 2 day curing process that ensures a long lasting cure.
