Rubber Track Re-Tread
Sly Agri Ltd is now able to re-furbish all types of Rubber Tracks, Including Agriculture and Construction.
We have teamed up with the largest Rubber Tyre/Track re-treading factory in Europe to offer this service as an exchange product. This reduces lead time and means that we can offer next day fitting of replacement tracks rather than having to stand the machine.
The process involves complete removal of the outer layer of rubber, back to the outer layers of cable. Once checked and scanned for any weaknesses in the core track, a new outer casing is pressed onto the original structure, and then cooked over 2 days to form a long lasting cure. The same process applies to the inside of the track. Inside Guide Blocks can also be replaced or repaired as required.
